What I have done to lose weight and get healthy:
1) Healthy Breakfast: Formula One Nutrition Shake (vanilla allergen free) with banana, cinnamon, water, ice
Green tea concentrate - hot or cold. Burns calories.
2) Protein Snack mid morning
3) Lunch: Formula One Nutrition Shake with banana (chocolate) (any kind of milk optional) water, ice, HLF protein powder
4) Protein snack afternoon
5) Regular healthy dinner with vegetables, protein, etc
6) I stay up late so sometimes allow myself another evening protein snack.
7) Plenty of water - 8 glasses a day
8) Exercise
9) Visualization
