We are really excited to bring you our body and weight loss challenges. Bring a friend or friends! Friends can pay and join the challenge or just come to be with you and observe.

Men and women, any age, any size. You can use any program and if you don't have one, I can help.

Los Angeles:

Join myself and others in LA for tips, lessons, smoothies, stories, mentoring, and lots of support and fun!! We have many in West LA and some in the valley and central LA.

CASH Prizes based on percentage of body weight lost as well as a prize for inches lost.

**Challengers can join fit club on the beach and some other locations 3 times a week.

Also available:  Salsa or yoga plus a shake for $5. Yoga is twice a week, salsa once.

Walking and running small groups... sometimes before the challenge and sometimes separately.

 

Occasional Remote Challenge for out of towners:

Wherever you are..join myself and others on the phone for tips, lessons, stories, mentoring, and lots of support and fun!!
