1) Hypnotherapy/Visualization for Healing, Health and Wellness.
A 4 session indepth visualization program custom designed around your health and wellness needs.
We'll take a wellness and preventative goals and design visualizations around those areas. Then regular guided hypnotherapy/visualizations will help you take charge of your health and reach your wellness goals.
You'll also become an expert at visualization and take the tools home to use for a lifetime!
Learn to visualize wellness and be an active part of your wellness program for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Includes:
4 guided customized visualizations and optional hypnotherapy
Learn self hypnosis and other techniques
Learn either EFT (Emotional Freedom Techiques) or TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) in place of one visualization session (optional)

7) Intensive packages of One Program:
