There are so many different ways to manage stress: Exercise, Rest, Deep Breathing, Meditation, Yoga, Self-Hypnosis etc
How do you deal with stress? What do you need help with?

How do I deal with stress? Well ... I use many or most of the tools that you have listed above ... Deep Mindful breathing, meditation, yoga, exercise ... however I wanted to mention that the most fundamental thing I can do (besides staying hydrated and adequate nutrition) is to get proper REST!
